Q. Is this real?
A. Yes, this is a real contest with real prizes.

Q. How long will this last?
A. As long as it takes for someone to solve all puzzles and claim the prizes. You'll see the homepage update when this happens.

Q. Who can participate?
A. Anyone can participate. Only occupants of 4407 will be able to find gift card prizes. If you solve the final puzzle, but are not at 4407, you can still claim a reward via email.*

Q. What do I need to solve puzzles? Can I play on mobile?
A. Many puzzles can be solved on mobile, but a computer is recommended. Tools available to computers make some puzzles easier.

Q. I think I got the right answer, but it's not working. What should I do?
A. Make sure you don't use any spaces or capitals. If you think something might be broken, email: [email protected]

Q. Have the gift cards already been found?
A. Only one has been found so far. When contestants claim gift cards, the riddles for them will be removed from the website. If you're at a gift card riddle, but believe it to be claimed already, email us.

Q. Are the prizes in accessible places?
A. Occupants of 4407 will be able to access all prize locations. None of them are in private offices, for example.

Q. Will using a hint or working together with friends disqualify me in any way?
A. No.
